We will not reimburse products with visible signs of use. <\/li>\n \t<li>Return the products in their original, undamaged packaging.<\/li>\n \t<li>Provide proper packaging and shipping material so that the products reach Pawness undamaged.<\/li>\n \t<li>Return products and samples received for free when returning the complete order. You must also return products that you received for free and that no longer meet the conditions for \u2018free\u2019 after the return of part of an order.
