When you order other products besides the bowl, the whole order will be sent out completely once the bowl is ready.

SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all orders above €75 for NL, BE and DE! Nothing stands between you and your order except 1-3 business days (NL) and 2-5 business Days (BE – DE). RETURNS: If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, email us at customerservice@shop-pawness.com within 14 days of your delivery. State your order number and what you like to exchange or return. After that, you have another 14 days to return unopened, unused products to us. Personalized products can’t be exchanged or returned.
