Note	Each word/name is hand-stamped into the bowl. Since they’re made to order, personalized bowls cannot be exchanged or returned. Personalization can add up to 2-4 weeks to standard shipping times. The images on this page give an impression of the final product. The final product can be slightly different since every item is handmade and therefore, unique. When you order other products besides the bowl, the whole order will be sent out completely once the bowl is ready.

SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all orders above €75 for NL, BE and DE! Nothing stands between you and your order except 1-3 business days (NL) and 2-5 business Days (BE – DE). Personalized products add up extra time to the standard shipping time. Please check the information on the product page for more information. Shipping is a flat €5 for NL and €7 for BE + DE.

RETURNS: If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, email us at customerservice@shop-pawness.com within 14 days of your delivery. State your order number and what you like to exchange or return. After that, you have another 14 days to return unopened, unused products to us. Personalized products can’t be exchanged or returned.
