What is the warranty on the products?

We have worked hard to create a range of dog essentials with a sustainable shelf life. That is the reason that we protect almost all our products with a one-year warranty. Wear and tear happen, especially when it involves a four-legged friend, but if products no longer function properly within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

When you place an order online, we aim to deliver it to your home address as quickly as possible. We ship all orders within 24 hours. Please consult this page for more information about delivery times. Personalization can add up to 2-4 weeks to standard shipping times.

No, we can’t ship one order to two separate addresses. We recommend you to place two separate orders for two different delivery addresses.

If you want to exchange or return an order, you can contact our customer service at customerservice@shop-pawness.com within 14 days after receiving the order. State your order number and attach the return form. After that, you have 14 days to return the unopened, unused products to us. Personalized products can’t be exchanged or returned.
